# Download invoices as PDF

> Find every past invoice and download it as a PDF for your accountant.

All invoices are listed in **Settings → Billing → Invoices**. Click **PDF** next to an invoice to download it, or **Download all** to get a zip for a whole year.

Owners can also add an accountant's e-mail address: they receive every new invoice automatically, without needing an Acme seat.
