# Invite your teammates

> Add people to your workspace and choose what each person can see and change.

Go to **Settings → Team** and click **Invite people**. Enter one e-mail per line; each person gets an invitation that is valid for 7 days.

## Roles

- **Owner** — billing, team and every setting.
- **Manager** — clients, projects and invoices, but not billing.
- **Member** — the projects they are added to, and their own hours.

You can change a role at any time from the same page. Removing someone keeps everything they created.
