# I didn't receive the confirmation e-mail

> What to check when the sign-up or invitation e-mail doesn't arrive.

Check your spam folder first, then:

- Make sure the address is spelled correctly.
- Ask your IT team to allow mail from `acme.example`.
- Request a new link from the sign-in page; old links stop working.

Still nothing after 10 minutes? Contact support and we will confirm your address manually.
