Refunds after cancellation

• Monthly plans are not refunded, but you keep access until the end of the month.
• Yearly plans cancelled in the first 30 days are refunded in full.
• Yearly plans cancelled later are refunded pro rata for the full months left.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, within 5–10 business days. To ask for one, write to billing@acme.example from the owner's e-mail address.
